Job Title: Sanitation Monitor

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the sanitation process and ensure compliance with JBS and government policies.
• Complete daily nightly logs and report operational issues and opportunities via email.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs of the plant to identify areas for improvement.
• Notify relevant teams of sanitation concerns and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
