Job Title: Hospitalist – Internal Medicine/Family Medicine

Location: Long Island, New York

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to hospitalized patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical education.
• Manage patient admissions, discharges, and follow-up care.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• New York State medical license or eligibility for licensure.
