Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Sign-On Bonus: $5000 (Paid out $2500 at 3 months and $2500 at 6 months; based on performance and eligibility)

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Install and maintain control systems and machinery.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Document repairs and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance mechanics.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
