Job Title: European Site & Verbund Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the integration of infrastructure, operational services, personnel services, and logistics with production.
• Continuously develop and optimize large European BASF sites to enhance competitiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient site operations.
• Implement best practices in site management and operational excellence.
• Monitor and report on site performance metrics and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in site management or operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
