Security Clearance: Current TS/SCI CI Poly

Position Description: E-volve Technology Systems, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Manager to lead our Customer Relationship and Services team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily customer support operations.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies.
  • Manage and mentor support staff.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work on-site and meet security clearance requirements.
