Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Job Overview: The Assistant Store Manager at Spencer’s is responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services while supporting the Store Manager in daily operations to maximize sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing store operations and staff.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service.
  • Train, develop, and motivate team members.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in merchandising.
  • Support sales initiatives and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Passion for retail and guest satisfaction.
