Job Overview: The Assistant Store Manager at Spencer’s is responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services while supporting the Store Manager in daily operations to maximize sales and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing store operations and staff.

- Monitor inventory levels and assist in merchandising.
