Purpose: As a Cruise Specialist, you will be the “voice” of Norwegian Cruise Line, helping to turn vacation dreams into reality for guests and travel partners.

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests and travel partners with inquiries and bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the booking process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cruise offerings and promotions.
• Resolve issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for travel and cruises.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
