Job Title: Business Development – Cruise Ship Division

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cruise ship industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to create tailored proposals.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote AGS services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the cruise or hospitality sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
