Job Title: Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist

Location: Chandler, Arizona

Duration: 13 weeks | Hours: 40 hours/week | Shift: 8 hours

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ daily living skills.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on home care techniques and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Arizona.
• Experience in home health settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
