Job Title: Merchandise Cast Member

Location: Kālepa’s Store, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with merchandise selection and inquiries.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional guest service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Restock merchandise and manage inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
