Job Title: Community Sales Consultant
Position Summary: Responsible for selling homes within the Community by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects. As part of a sales and marketing team, helps plan, direct, organize, and implement marketing strategies to meet defined move-in objectives and sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential buyers and provide property information.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics.
