Job Title: Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive customer retention and growth by ensuring customers engage with and leverage the full value of the Checkr solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Onboard new customers and provide ongoing support.
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and provide training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in customer success or account management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
