Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
- Handle luggage and personal belongings with care.
- Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
