Job Description: Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success department is the backbone of everything Forter does. As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be a key addition to our team, showcasing our cutting-edge technology to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and train customers on Forter’s solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Monitor customer health and drive engagement.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in customer success or account management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
