The Customer Success department is the backbone of everything Forter does. As a Customer Success Manager, youll be a key addition to our team, showcasing our cutting-edge technology to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard and train customers on Forters solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Monitor customer health and drive engagement.
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in customer success or account management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
