Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist

Location: Hartsdale and Syracuse, NY

Duration: 13 weeks (ASAP)

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Valid state PT license.
• Experience in outpatient therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
