Job Description: At Soar Autism Center, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with autism. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Monitor and document patient progress and behavior.
• Provide support during therapy sessions and activities.
• Assist in creating a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in psychology or related field preferred.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
