Job Description

Job Title: Hospice Caregiver

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care to patients with terminal illnesses.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Support families by offering emotional and practical assistance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Administer medications and monitor patient health as directed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification preferred.
• Experience in hospice or palliative care is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work compassionately in a challenging environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
