Job Title: Data Control Clerk II
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls for the Support Services Call Center.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to callers.
- Document and track inquiries and resolutions in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
