Job Title: Data Control Clerk II

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls for the Support Services Call Center.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to callers.
  • Document and track inquiries and resolutions in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or call center environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
