Job Title: Fiber Network Equipment Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate construction equipment for the installation, maintenance, relocation, and repair of Midco’s underground fiber network.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
• Document work performed and report any issues to management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating construction equipment preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
