Job Title: Shop Technician

Position Summary: The Shop Technician provides timely completion of repairs and maintenance to various construction equipment and machinery within Ascendum Branch locations, according to established procedures, while maintaining good working relationships with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on construction equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
