Job Description

Job Title: Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (Deputy CISO)

Responsibilities:

• Support the CISO in developing and implementing the information security strategy.
• Align security initiatives with organizational priorities and risk management frameworks.
• Lead security awareness programs and training for staff.
• Oversee incident response and recovery efforts.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor emerging threats and recommend proactive measures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in information security roles.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) preferred.
