Job Description

Job Title: FLSD / Lobby Officer (Part-Time)

Location: Lower Manhattan

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 12pm-12am

Compensation: $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Monitor lobby activities and ensure a secure environment.
• Assist visitors and provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises.
• Respond to emergencies and report incidents promptly.

Qualifications:

• Valid F-89 license required.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
