Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 occupational therapy services to clients.
• Assess and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate clients and families on therapy goals and progress.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state licensure.
• Passion for geriatric care and combating ageism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
