Job Description

Job Title: Director of Maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance operations at Jellystone Park-Caledonia, Bear Paw Adventure Park, and 7-Mile Office Building.
• Ensure all facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets.
• Lead and train maintenance staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in facility management or maintenance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
