Job Summary: The Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant at Cherrelyn Healthcare Center will work closely with our patients to support their rehabilitation and recovery goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the therapy team.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients.

Qualifications:

• Active license in Occupational Therapy.
• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
