Job Title: Snow Equipment Operator

Summary: The Snow Equipment Operator is responsible for operating various snow removal machines to clear walks, driveways, and parking lots during snow events. This position is on call, with hours and schedule varying based on weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate skid loaders, tractors, front end loaders, and other snow removal equipment.
• Clear snow and ice from designated areas efficiently and safely.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to snow events and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating snow removal equipment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
