Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator / Loader Operator

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate heavy equipment at recycling centers, landfills, or transfer stations.
• Transfer, spread, cover, load, or compact waste or soil as required.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and heavy equipment operator certification.
• Previous experience operating heavy machinery preferred.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
