Job Title: School-Based Physical Therapist

Start Date: 11/1/24

Salary: $50-$53/hour

Position Summary: The School-Based Physical Therapist provides coordinated physical therapy to school-aged children, focusing on fine motor skills and sensory integration.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Monitor and document student progress.
• Collaborate with educators and parents to support student development.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
