Job Title: Fulfillment Center Manager

Job Summary: Lead and direct all operations of the Fulfillment Center with a team of 30 or fewer employees. Design and implement facility plans to optimize cost, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily activities of the fulfillment center.
• Identify and build a leadership team to monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop training programs for staff development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving.
