Job Description: Host Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Fargo, North Dakota, starting on 11/30/2024. This position offers 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patient conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
