Job Title: Associate Director of Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for outpatient behavioral health services.
• Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement treatment programs.
• Supervise clinical staff and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate training and professional development for staff.
• Monitor program outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensed clinician with relevant certifications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in behavioral health.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
