Job Title: Laboratory Supervisor
Location: Jacksonville, FL

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily laboratory operations and staff management.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control protocols.

  • Train and mentor laboratory personnel.

  • Manage inventory and equipment maintenance.

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient care.

    • Qualifications:

  • 2-Year/Associate Degree in Science or Medical Technology OR 4-Year/Bachelor Degree in Medical Technology required.

  • State of Florida Supervisor’s License or ability to obtain during the interview process.

  • Minimum of 5 years of laboratory experience.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
