Job Description: Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist in Maricopa, Arizona. This 13-week assignment starts on 12/02/2024, offering 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with various physical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members.

Qualifications:
