Job Title: Benefits Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily activities of the organization’s benefits function.
  • Evaluate and select employee benefits, including health insurance, life insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits.
  • Conduct benefits training and provide support to employees.
  • Analyze benefits data and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and benefits management software.
