Job Title: Benefits Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily activities of the organization’s benefits function.
- Evaluate and select employee benefits, including health insurance, life insurance, and retirement plans.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits.
- Conduct benefits training and provide support to employees.
- Analyze benefits data and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and benefits management software.
