Job Summary: The Licensed Occupational Therapist at Cherrelyn Healthcare Center will work closely with our patients and the therapy team to provide high-quality care and rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ daily living skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises.

Qualifications:

• Active license in Occupational Therapy.
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
