Job Title: Estimating Services Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide and coordinate complete estimating services for assigned project pursuits.
• Manage project pursuits, including oversight of staff and consultants.
• Develop and implement bid strategies for Light Industrial projects.
• Analyze project specifications and requirements to prepare accurate estimates.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in estimating, preferably in Light Industrial projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
