• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers in finding their perfect outfits.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is well-organized and displayed.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and LOFT’s product offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
• Support team goals by participating in sales initiatives and promotions.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.

Qualifications:

• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
