Job Title: Carpet Care Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all carpeted areas in on-stage and backstage locations.
- Ensure cleanliness of lobbies, meeting rooms, pool areas, and spa facilities.
- Interact with guests to provide exceptional service and address any concerns.
- Perform routine inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
