Job Title: Carpet Care Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all carpeted areas in on-stage and backstage locations.
• Ensure cleanliness of lobbies, meeting rooms, pool areas, and spa facilities.
• Interact with guests to provide exceptional service and address any concerns.
• Perform routine inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
