Job Title: Community Safety On Call Supervisor

Job Summary: Supervise and administer the College’s safety and security program during assigned shifts, ensuring a safe environment for all community members.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate shift staff activities.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of incidents.
• Train and mentor new staff on safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; degree in related field preferred.
• Previous experience in security or safety management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
