Job Title: Director Project Delivery
Department: Administration
Reporting Relationship: Direct to President, Dotted-Line to VPs
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Manage project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices.
- Monitor project performance, addressing issues and risks proactively.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders, including VPs and the President.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of project management experience in engineering or construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
