Job Title: Director – Project Delivery

Department: Administration

Reporting Relationship: Direct to President, Dotted-Line to VPs

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Manage project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Monitor project performance, addressing issues and risks proactively.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders, including VPs and the President.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of project management experience in engineering or construction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
