Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate residents’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance residents’ daily living skills.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Document progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
