Job Description

Job Title: Asphalt Plant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee profitability and productivity of all hot mix asphalt plants company-wide.
• Establish, monitor, and control plant operating costs.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Manage plant inventories including liquid asphalt, aggregate, RAP, and fuel.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Lead and train plant staff to optimize operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in asphalt plant management.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
