• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales performance goals.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance their selling skills.
• Foster a collaborative team selling environment.
• Ensure operational excellence during shifts as the manager on duty.
• Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
