Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Location: Denver, CO
Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 / year
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Onboard new customers and provide ongoing support.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance customer experience.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
