Job Description

Job Title: Substitute Paraprofessional

Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering instructional support to students with special needs.
• Provide individualized reinforcement to promote academic and personal growth.
• Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Perform administrative duties, including record-keeping and preparing materials.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience working with students with special needs is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
