Job Title: Roofing Project Manager

About the Company: Our client is a leading regional roofing contractor specializing in Roofing, Cladding, ACM/Wall Panels, Sheet Metal, Preventative Maintenance, Design Build Assist, and Roof Survey Reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee roofing projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Conduct site inspections and provide progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in roofing project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Knowledge of roofing systems and materials.
