Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support IT executives within the IT Strategy & Governance department. This key role requires a minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within financial services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Assist in project management and tracking deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
