Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about flights, fares, and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Process ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures to provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
