Job Title: Operations Director

Location: Fargo, ND (Luther Hall)

Position Summary: The Operations Director supports the mission and vision of Nexus Family Healing by providing oversight, direction, and supervision to assigned services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of youth residential services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement program policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of youth services and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
