Job Title: Assistant Toddler Teacher

Join Step by Step Montessori-Maple Grove and make a meaningful impact on children’s lives! As an Assistant Toddler Teacher, you will support the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for toddlers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing Montessori curriculum and activities.
• Supervise and engage with children during play and learning.
• Support the emotional and social development of each child.
• Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; CDA preferred.
• Experience in early childhood education is a plus.
• Passion for working with young children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
